Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Closing Attorney fee for delivering a new deed, paying off exsisting mortgages or liens, and settling any title problems.
  • Broker's commission is a full-service fee and will cost anywhere between 5% to 7%, depending on market conditions, and value range of the property.
